Leads are the foundation of any business. Leads can be found by prospecting or the result marketing efforts from Google or social media and others. Leads can also be captured from your own website for instant sales opportunities.

Customers can be quickly converted from a lead or created on their own. Customers hold the primary settings for the projects and estimates to be created will not only be maintained, but the sales data that initiated from leads can also be summarized there as well.

Use Projects to create a estimate for your clients. To use, go to the customer, click Add Project, then enter in the project address and settings. Then select the sale rep, the project manager and coordinator (optional). When ready select Create Bid Items.

Creating estimates is blazinly fast. Once you select Create Bid Items you enter in the work areas, the leading product, then a group items or assembly and then before you know it you have just created a detailed estimate.

Sending estimates to the customer is easy to do by email using the form of your choice. Once the customer receives the email they simply select review estimate. This step opens the estimate where the consumer can review, approve and pay the deposit.

Create purchase orders using data from your estimate details. View purchase orders by supplier, Use the dial button and account number to call the supplier to place order the order, or email one or more purchase orders at a click. For emailed purchase orders you can integrate document parsing which can match the order confirmations and invoices to the purchase orders making it easily managable to prepay and send payments or create bills.
